I have the Sirus / XM 11 / 3 A few days ago someone stole my device in my car. I contacted the Sirus case number and contact information of the clay, and they sent me a replacement unit (same as above, so it is not cheap equipment) for free! I only have to pay the costs. No other company I know to do something for their clients. When buying make sure that if something happens Sirus will be eager to help and support. Best customer service I have ever dealt with.
